As always there is no setup fee for front side etching and our design team will take care of your artwork for free. Once you place your order, a product specialist will reach out by phone or email and begin the process of making your custom dog tag. Every dog tag comes individually packed in a plastic poly-bag with a free 24" or 30" ball chain necklace.

Superb customer relations

The steel and quality of the artwork were both superb, of course. But what I want to comment is the uncharacteristic structure of the customer support system.

Admittedly, this is a type of order that requires coordination to get right, but I still think that the
phone call in advance to explain the process, the emails from Jeannie each important step of the way, and careful confirmation, makes this team unique, exceptional, trustworthy, and well worth your time and money.

I’ve ordered 4 batches of 150 fine steel dogtags to share in our gaming community. I absolutely plan on contacting logotags again if those batches are released to high demand.

I ordered these twice now and both times the quality has been fantastic. The metal itself has some heft to it, so it's more of a statement jewelry piece. The etching is precise and the colors show great. They come pre-packaged in individual baggies with the ballchains included. They're pricier than the aluminum option, but well worth it if you're looking for something with more oomph. They definitely make a statement and leave an impression. Very happy with my purchases.
