Our pad printing method puts your image on a genuine stainless steel military dog tag with rolled edges. Our pad printing technology offers the most durable high quality inks that are very resistant. Unlike silk screening, pad printing employs a silicone pad which can print on any irregular surface, including 180 degrees around a cylindrical surface, like the rim around a dog tag. A unique engraving plate must be made up for each color/impression to be made on the article. The silicone pad picks up the ink from the engraving plate and under light pressure transfers it to the article to be printed. We offer full pantone color matching services. We can also do CYMK (cyan, yellow, magenta and black - 4 color) process printing great for promotions, fundraiser's, events, teams and more! - additional options include poly bagging each dog tag with a key chain, ID chain, key ring or a snap hook.
